The client is a government-funded organization working towards improving the reach and inclusiveness of primary education in rural Maharashtra.

They wanted solutions that would help introduce a fun element to learning and appeal to the curiosity of children. One of the challenges was ensuring minimal instructor requirements.

We developed several hours of scenario-driven and game-based training courses that run on individual PCs and kiosks that the client set up in multiple locations.

Apart from imparting knowledge of English, these courses generate an increased awareness in the children about their culture and customs.

The client is among the top 3 IT training institutes in India. They conduct training in PC hardware, networking and operating systems.

They were exploring interesting tools that would enhance the instructional value of their courses and classroom training sessions.

We developed over 30 hours of web-based training covering topics such as PC hardware, networking, operating systems, and also soft skills and induction training.

The client is a leading compliance training company in the US.

They were exploring cost-effective alternatives to traditional ways of developing and deploying training.

We designed a highly-customizable and scalable online deployment model based on the Moodle LMS. We worked with the client’s subject matter experts to create over 20 library courses on diverse topics in compliance and business ethics. The courses were designed to meet strict SCORM/AICC standards to run on several types of LMSs and as stand-alone CD ROMs.

Leveraging on our courseware production and technology services, we achieved rapid scale-up in the TAT cycles. Over the course of three years we helped them deploy hundreds of customized versions of the library courses.
